This notice applies to SMS and MMS communications exchanged between customers and QMS2GO Inc through our designated support phone number.

QMS2GO Inc complies with applicable U.S. messaging regulations including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and carrier-level requirements.

1. How Customers Provide Consent (Opt-In)

By sending an SMS or MMS message to the QMS Support phone number, the sender voluntarily initiates communication with QMS2GO Inc and provides express consent to receive responsive text messages related to:
• Submission and intake of tasks
• Confirmation of task receipt
• Requests for clarification or additional information
• Notifications if a message cannot be processed or the customer account is not recognized

No marketing, promotional, or advertising messages are sent through this channel.

2. Purpose and Scope of Messaging

QMS Support text messaging is used solely for operational and transactional purposes in direct connection with the customer’s task or support request. Messages will be limited to:
• Confirming task submission
• Requesting additional details needed to process the task
• Notifying the customer of issues with the submitted content
• Providing procedural or administrative updates related to QMS Support activities

Messages are never used for sales, promotions, or unrelated communications.

3. Message Frequency

Message volume varies based on customer activity.
QMS2GO Inc sends messages only in response to customer-initiated communication or customer-requested updates.

QMS2GO Inc does not send recurring, automated, or unsolicited text messages.

4. Charges and Fees

Standard message and data rates may apply based on the customer’s mobile carrier plan.
QMS2GO Inc is not responsible for carrier fees.

5. Privacy and Data Handling

All information submitted through SMS or MMS, including text and images, is handled in accordance with QMS2GO Inc’s Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose customer phone numbers or message content to third parties for marketing or solicitation.

Message content may be stored securely for documentation, processing, auditability, or quality-management purposes associated with QMS Support.

6. Opt-Out Procedure

Customers may opt-out of receiving SMS/MMS responses from QMS Support at any time by texting STOP.
Upon receipt of a STOP message, QMS2GO Inc will cease sending messages to the phone number, except for a single final confirmation of successful opt-out.

To resume receiving operational messages, customers may send START.

All communication through this service is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

QMS2GO Inc may update this Messaging Consent Notice periodically to comply with regulatory requirements or changes to the QMS Support service. Updates will be posted publicly and take effect immediately upon publication.
